Drift Masters – Round 1

The 2026 Drift Masters season opened at Italy’s demanding Vallelunga circuit, a track that punished aggression and rewarded precision. Amidst mechanical failures and high-contact battles, TFA Motorsport driver, Kevin Piskolty took the wheel of his GR38 machine for the first time in championship competition. While the raw pace showed promise, the unforgiving layout and a stacked field made progression difficult, and Piskolty’s run ended before the final stages. Still, the weekend proved a valuable shakedown for the new car, as reigning champion Conor Shanahan ultimately claimed victory ahead of James Deane and Piotr Więcek.
