Drift Masters – Round 5

Italy RIGA, LATVIA

ABOUT THE EVENT

TFAM at Drift Masters Riga: First Podium, First Final, And We Couldn’t Be Prouder

Bikernieku Race Track. A circuit that’s hosted the world’s best since 2016. And our guy Kevin Piskolty? He walked in with a mission and a GR86 that’s still revealing its secrets.

Riga was a grind. The weather shifted all weekend, making the track unpredictable and the competition brutal. But Kevin just kept his head down, put down a clean 92.5 in qualifying, and earned himself P7 on the grid.

Then came the battles.

  • A tight one with Kespi Korpi in the Round of 32
  • Got past Kubain in the Round of 16
  • Came out on top against Oliver Randalu in the Round of 8 — that man can DRIVE
  • A close one with Conor Falvey in the semis, huge respect to Conor for pushing it

And just like that, Kevin was in his first-ever Drift Masters final.

The final against Pawel Korpulinski was a battle. Pawel was on another level all weekend, and hats off to him, he earned that win. But Kevin walked away with P2, his first podium in Drift Masters, and a whole lot of belief.

That GR86 is still a new beast. Kevin’s been learning it, shaking it down, chasing those tenths and you can see the connection growing. The gamble? Slowly but surely paying off.
